Returns Policy

All items are inspected before they are dispatched from our warehouse. If you have received the wrong items please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

 

We will not issue an Exchange or Credit Note until the item(s) have been inspected by our staff.

 

We will only accept returns if the item is still new, never used.

 

If the product is faulty or damaged, Choppa Block will incur the shipping charges.

 

Please send the item back in its original packaging (as much as is possible). It is your responsibility to ensure it is packaged securely.

 

Please note that Choppa Block is not responsible for items lost in transit to us. Hence we recommend that you return item(s) by trackable courier or registered mail.

 

 

Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect

 

We do not accept returns for customer misuse and abuse of our products.

We do not accept returns due to misuse. Remember, end grain boards have limitations. Never fully submerse your board in water. The best way to clean it is with a damp kitchen cloth or sponge. You can also use kitchen sanitiser and surface wipes. Don’t put your board under a running tap or apply excessive moisture - if this happens dry it with a cloth immediately to minimise the saturation of the wood.
